Shipping Policy
When will I get my order?
We strive to get your order over the net and into your hands as quickly as possible. Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–5 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days
EXAMPLE: If you live in the US you can expect your shipment to arrive within 6-12 business days. 3-7 to fulfill the order and 3-5 once it ships to arrive at your door. * These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
Where will my order ship from?
We work with fulfillment facilities worldwide!
Dink-Proof Packaging:
Your order will be packed with care to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in pristine condition. If your package takes an unexpected bounce during transit, let us know, and we’ll send a replacement faster than you can say "pickleball."
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at operations@sunsetsanddinks.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping and the replacement product will be at your own cost.
Return & Exchange Policy
What’s your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a 30-day return policy under the following conditions:

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your product.

Condition: The product must be unworn and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. No "dinking" around with used gear!

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. You "serve" the shipping costs back to us.
To initiate a return, please "rally" with our customer service team at operations@sunsetsanddinkls.com with your order details. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund minus shipping. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account. We appreciate your "court"esy in following these guidelines!
